Embracing the Unknown with Pema Chödrön
A Four-Part Course on Letting Go and How to Embrace Change

You need to align with a teacher of higher consciousness.
Albert Einstein is famously quoted as saying, “You can’t solve a problem from the level of consciousness that created it.”
So what is spiritual growth?
I would define it as removing the blocks to higher consciousness and greater self-awareness that resides within you and all of us.
An excellent first step in raising your level of consciousness would be to familiarize yourself with the Map of Consciousness®.
Per Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., the Map is a “Proven scale to actualize your potential.”
It illuminates the journey for significant spiritual growth. In the absence of the Map, you could be spinning your wheels and unwittingly straying way off course.
This happens when you become misaligned with spiritual teachers of lower consciousness. It’s hard to know which spiritual teachers are of higher consciousness!?!
Here’s a list of up-to-date calibrations of spiritual teachers. Anyone below 200 on the Map teaches things that “hold no truth”. Because of this, you can be lead off course and down a rabbit hole of disappointment.
We do our best here at The Mind Body Spirit Network to offer you consciously curated online courses for spiritual growth and shifting your consciousness.

A Personal Letter from Pema Chödrön
Dear friends, We are, by our very nature, vulnerable beings. We resist that which makes us uncomfortable, and when faced with feelings of vulnerability—whether from loss, fear, or self-criticism—we automatically put up barriers. But we cannot ever truly avoid feeling vulnerable—it’s part of the human experience. By getting comfortable with feeling uncomfortable, however, we can work toward taming the one thing that causes the most suffering—the mind. In the Buddhist Contemplative Tradition, we are taught that our fundamental state of being is one where we are wide open, awake, and possessing an immense capacity for love.“You can only go into the unknown when you have made friends with yourself.” —Pema Chödrön

Life constantly hands us change… quite often launching us into a transition… or overwhelm… or even leaving us feeling a bit lost…
