First up in our instruction video is how to use Mail Chimp to build an email marketing campaign.
The set-up of a campaign is a subset of an email automation series. Once you grasp how to set up an individual email marketing campaign then setting of an email drip campaign (or email automation series) is simple.
Basic steps to follow in setting up an email campaign in Mail chimp is this:
Choose the recipients – email list you want the campaign to go to.- Set up the campaign settings—name of the campaign–SUBLECT LINE— From name (typically this would be you, the owner) —FROM email address (typically this would be your email, the owner)
- Choose a template from which to craft the email.
- Create the email using the template.
- Preview & test the email (before sending).
- Confirm the details of the email, making sure there are no error messages.
- Schedule a time to send the email.

Some key things in building an email automation drip campaign in Mail Chimp include:
- Determining the trigger for when the first email gets delivered.
