Let’s Put the Power of the Mind & Michael Singer’s Books Into Context in Consciousness

The power of the human mind has incredible potential, and tapping into it can lead to outstanding achievements and personal growth. From improving focus and concentration to overcoming challenges, unlocking the power of your mind can profoundly impact your life. Learn how to harness this power and achieve your goals with today’s self-help podcast and blog post.

So before I dive into Michael Singer’s free tool for transformation today, I want to lay a little groundwork. 

I intend to do the best that I can, with the resources at our disposal, to curate content and teachers that calibrate at high levels of consciousness, meaning that they calibrate at 200 or above on the Map of Spiritual Progress and the energies of integrity, courage, and pragmatism are present, at the very least, are present.  

Now I can no longer use the Map of Consciousness® in my podcasts due to supposed copywriting infringement. So, the founder of Consciousnesscalibrations.com has created something similar, but that he allows us to share freely. 

So based on consciousness research and Consciousnesscalibrations.com, Michael Singer’s book The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself where, “You’ll discover what you can do to put an end to the habitual thoughts and emotions that limit your consciousness.” 

This book calibrates at 400 on the Map of Spiritual Progress, which is the level of consciousness of the mind and reason. These are the energies of objectivity, freedom, knowledge and wholeness on the Map of Spiritual Progress. 

His other book “Living Untethered” is described as “At once profoundly transcendent and powerfully practical, it provides clear guidance for moving beyond the thoughts, feelings, and habits that keep you stuck—so you can heal the pain of the past and let your spirit soar” 

This book also calibrates at 400 on the Map 

So, I think it’s fair to assume that his book The Surrender Experiment calibrates in the 400s on the map and the free 3-part mini video series. At the very least it’s likely safely above 200, which is really all that is needed for personal transformation.  

How Can the Mind Be a Great Gift or a Dangerous Place?

The human mind has immense potential and can achieve incredible things if harnessed correctly.

One critical aspect of unlocking your mind’s power is to be aware of how your thoughts shape your reality.

By keeping a positive outlook and focusing on what you truly want, you can use the power of visualization to manifest good things in your life. Additionally, practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you tap into the full potential of your mind, allowing you to experience deeper levels of awareness and insight.

So, whether you want to improve your performance at work or achieve your personal goals, remember that your power lies within you! A common understanding from advanced spiritual teachers throughout history like Jesus Christ, the Buddha, and Dr. David R. Hawkins. 

So, let’s put the mind into context based on consciousness research. 

The mind and the energies of reason, rationality, science, and genius calibrate in the 400s. This is huge in consciousness, considering 200 is 10 to the 200th power and 400 is 10 to the 400th power, which are significant logarithms and quantum leaps in power, truth, and consciousness. 

Whatever you hold in mind calibrates as true at levels in the 500s. This is huge. 

This is the land of love and unconditional love.

Essentially, God, Life, and all that is has no judgment about what you hold in mind, whether positively or negatively oriented. This is reflective of the calibration of the 500s. 

So the phrase, “Be careful what you wish for,” is powerfully true. 

So what could be fueling the mind with negativity, and how can you let go of it? 

I discuss all of this and my experience with the mechanism of letting go in a few other episodes that you will find links to in my show notes below. 

Many people underestimate the incredible power of their minds, only tapping into a fraction of their true potential.

To unlock this incredible resource, you must first understand how your thoughts shape your reality. This is widely known as the law of attraction, which states that positive thoughts can attract good things in your life while negative thoughts can bring about adverse outcomes.

Additionally, visualization is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your goals and dreams by vividly picturing them in your mind. Beyond this, practicing mindfulness and daily meditation can help you tap into new heights of mental clarity and awareness, allowing you to harness the full potential of your mind.

With these tools at your disposal, there is virtually no limit to what you can achieve!

How Can the Mind Be a Dangerous Place?

While the mind has remarkable power, it can also be dangerous.
Negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and irrational fears can all hold you back from reaching your full potential. It’s important to recognize when these negative thoughts arise and take steps to counteract them.
Practice the mechanism of letting go, visualization techniques, or mindfulness meditation to promote a healthy and productive mindset. By mastering your mind and letting go of the lower mind you can overcome any obstacle that stands in your way.
The mind is a complex and powerful tool that can influence our thoughts and behaviors in both positive and negative ways. Allowing negative thoughts to dominate our minds can lead to a downward spiral of self-doubt, anxiety, and depression.
It can also bring into manifestation that which we DON’T WANT, hence the saying, “be careful what you wish for…”
These mental barriers can prevent us from achieving our goals and living fulfilling lives. However, by using the power of positive thinking and self-reflection, we can challenge these negative beliefs and replace them with empowering ones.
By focusing on our strengths, setting achievable goals, and positively surrounding ourselves, we can cultivate a mindset that allows us to reach our full potential.
Remember: the mind is a powerful tool – use it wisely.

By staying focused on what we truly want, visualizing it frequently, and taking action towards it, we can achieve incredible outcomes beyond what we could have ever imagined. So, use the power of your mind wisely and manifest only good things in your life!
When we focus on the things we want, we create a powerful force that can help bring them into our reality. Our thoughts and emotions are constantly communicating with the universe, and it’s important to understand that everything we wish for has an impact on what we experience in life. For instance, if you constantly worry about something happening, you may end up attracting that experience to yourself. But if you focus on positive outcomes and visualize your goals as already achieved, then you’re more likely to manifest those results into your life.
