The calibration of the planet fell below 200 again in 2020-2021…bummer. Likely due to fear-mongering regarding the COVID pandemic, political and news media corruption, and lack of integrity and courage.

How to Undo the Juice of the Ego, an Advanced Spiritual Teaching from Dr. David R. Hawkins

So, Dr. Hawkins always suggests letting go of positionalities. And an even deeper understanding and practice is to let go of aversions and attracts, essentially the dualities in life.

At the beginning of the video, he is referring to the issue of “the juice” of the ego. We all LOVE “the juice” of the ego in everyday life.

Here’s How the Ego is “juiced”:

• by judging and criticizing others,
• movies of lower consciousness,
• low vibe music,
• books,
• fear,
• fear-mongering news channels,
• the political arena (this is a giant EGO juice by its nature! Just look at 2020 elections)
• other’s losses,
• violent video games,
• advertising, and
• the positionality of “having to be right” in order to make others wrong, among many other things.

For these reasons, it becomes a challenge to unravel the ego.

How Can You Unravel the Ego?

Firstly, be willing to LOVE the EGO!

It’s your source of “juice” and entertainment.

However, DO NOT DEMONIZE IT!

The ego is a creation and aspect of Divinity that does serve its purpose in the creation of humanity, the evolution of consciousness and this planet.

Once you admit that truth (that you love the juice of the ego) you ‘ve taken the cover off! …

It’s the source of all the injusticies, the calamaties, the pain and the hatreds…

we love the fear,

we love the idignation,

we love the shock…

According to Dr. Hawkins’s teachings, the ego is of lower consciousness (below 200 on the Map of Consciousness®). It may even be considered of lower mind as well which calibrates below 275 on the Map of Consciousness®.

Higher mind calibrates at 275 and above.

So what Dr. Hawkins is really getting to, at least initially in your willingness to unravel the juice you get from the ego, is to let go of all positionalities.

“Surrender to God” everything (or Let Go and Let God).

But the first step to surrender is to ask yourself, “What juice of the ego or satisfaction I am getting out of holding the positionality?”

To bring this to light helps to dissolve the positionality.

Admittedly, this process is a radical pursuit if your pursuit is enlightenment (600 and above on the Map of Consciousness®).

It’s a radical truth!

By the way…it has been calibrated that only 2% of the world cares about the truth!

How Can Ordinary Humans Undo the Juice of the Ego

To undo the ego can certainly be considered a radical pursuit if your own level of consciousness is below 200.

Below 200, the juice of the ego may be perceived as all that there is.

However, all is not lost when you put everything you understand about life into context as Dr. Hawkins has done in his Map of Consciousness®.

My “go-to” level of consciousness when you are first beginning to unravel the ego and let go of “the juice”  of lower consciousness is NEUTRAL.

Neutral is a super powerful level of higher consciousness (believe it or not!)

When your intention (this is willingness at 310) is to  “let go” of having to be right, and prove others wrong is a significant start.

The power of willingness and intention to be neutral shifts the energy of resistance to the energy of freedom and relief.
