How to Let Go of Depression:
Discover a Possible Way to FREE Yourself From the Condition

If you suffer from depression and anxiety and things aren’t getting any better, there’s another way for how to deal with depression alone. (Though dealing with depression alone may seem like an insurmountable effort, and scary, I am here to walk you through it best I can)
It’s called the mechanism of letting go, discovered and developed by Dr. Dvaid R. Hawkins, esteemed psychiatrist and spiritual leader, over a lifetime of working with the mechanism with patients and on himself.
The mechanism of letting go can be applied to any lower level feeling such as:
- Shame
- Guilt
- Hatred
- Grief and loss
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Anger
- Fear
- Righteous pride, etc…
and is decribed in his comprehensive book, Letting Go, The Pathway of Surrender.
Today I am going to teach you how to let go of feelings of depression. This process describes how to be with feelings of depression and how to “experience out” the feelings of depression.
Your feelings of depression aren’t new, they’re what I would call “old news”. The supressed, repressed and buried energy of depression is still residing within you and needs to be released.
If you are tired of depression medications that don’t appear to be helping you as much as you had hoped, this is a natural remedy for depression that may be worth your while considering.
It’s not always easy, but it may be worth the effort to lessen the grip that depression may have on your life.
This video is intended to help you be with it while I talk you through my own experience with it.
I am not chronically depressed, but I do come across feelings of depression that feel “as if” they will never go away. My experience is, that though the feelings may be intense, they ALWAYS lessen and subside through the process of letting fo of the feelings associated with depression.
And though I am using the word “depression” here, I invite you to let go of the label and identifying with the condition. It’s just old energy needing to be brought into your conscious awareness and released.
