A Good Podcast to Listen to Raise Consciousness: Your Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness Podcast

It’s a FREE subscription to Your Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness Podcast. This podcast and YouTube videocast was created to help you move into higher consciousness in any area of your life.
These teachings are intended to be “foundational basics” for building a better life including:
- Learning how to be happy,
- How to let go and let God,
- How to put consciousness into context by understanding lower levels of consciousness vs levels of higher consciousness as expressed in the Map of Consciousness®, and
- Generally understanding where true power and higher consciousness really exist.
This Consciousness Podcast Format:
When I first started recording my consciousness podcast I broke it up into a few weekly sessions including:
- Our main topic. Every week I go deeper into a wide variety of topics and provide context as to the level of consciousness of the topic. I typically focus on levels of higher consciousness. I also do a little market research to see what is of great interest to people in regards to building a foundation for a better life.
- At the beginning of every podcast, I introduce Your Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness Quiz. The quiz asks you to “feel” your way into three things I pose to you and ask, “Which of these three things is of highest consciousness?”. My intention for the quiz is to help you recontextualize where higher levels of consciousness really exist and how to raise consciousness in general.
- I also introduce one of Dr. David R. Hawkins 101 ways to happiness, peace, or success. These 101 ways tips come from Dr. Hawkins’ Book of Slides This is a comprehensive “atlas” of the vast terrain covered by Dr. David R. Hawkins in his public lectures, 2002-2011. It contains the compendium of his lecture slides, along with a summary of his teaching at each lecture. Far from being a dry read, this book is filled with real-life examples, humorous anecdotes, and personal experiences of “Doc” never before found in written form.
- At the end of each main topic conversation, I sometimes provide simple assignments and affirmations to take into your week and months ahead. This is intended to help you raise consciousness on any issue, “theme”, or pattern you may be dealing with in your life.
- Finally, I review the answers to the week’s Weekly Consciousness Quiz. I give you the consciousness calibration of each item in the quiz. This assists you with aligning with the truth and where significant power resides.
