Using the most eco-preferred materials, supporting organic farmers, and with an economic model that gives 40% of the company to 1,200 employees … she drove Eileen Fisher, Inc. to just under a half a billion dollars in sales. 

Then without warning, the pandemic brought sales and production to a screeching halt.
