About the Presenter Lauren Walker
Lauren Walker is the author of Energy Medicine Yoga: Amplify the Healing Power of Your Yoga Practice and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription. Both books won the Nautilus Silver award for best Mind/Body publication.
Lauren, who’s been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997, created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University.
She teaches EMYoga across the U.S. and internationally, and has been featured many times in Yoga Journal, Mantra Wellness magazine, and Yoga Digest. A feature article about her yoga work was also published in The New York Times, and she was recently named one of the top 100 most influential yoga teachers in America.
Lauren also trains teachers to teach her highly intuitive, yet simple healing methods. EMYoga is compatible with all types of yoga and can be mastered by both beginning and expert yoga practitioners.
